La Casa di Giovannino "Bilocale Trinacria"

La casa di Giovannino nasce da un antica abitazione risalente agli anni 40 , acquistata dopo esser stata chiusa ed abbandonata a se stessa per quasi 30 anni con lo scopo della riqualificazione ed  il ripopolamento di questa parte del paese che è il più antico, che negli anni ha subito la migrazione di gran parte degli abitanti della zona. L' Immobile è Composto  da un bilocale ubicato al piano terra ... Esso è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno completo di box doccia , lavello,  wc, lavatrice ed un soggiorno con cucina attrezzata di piatti, bicchieri, tazzine, pentole e padelle . Inoltre è presente un divano letto che si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale.

il bilocale è dotato di un sistema d' allarme fumo e sistema d' allarme monossido di carbonio , pompa di calore, condizionatore e TV.
