La casa di Giovannino nasce da un antica abitazione risalente agli anni 40 . E' stata acquistata dopo esser stata chiusa ed abbandonata a se stessa per quasi 30 anni con lo scopo di riqualificarla per il ripopolamento di questa parte del paese che è il più antico , ma nel corso degli anni ha subito la migrazione di gran parte degli abitanti della zona. L' Immobile è Composto da un bilocale ubicato al primo piano ... Esso è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno completo di box doccia , lavello, wc, lavatrice ed un soggiorno con cucina attrezzata di piatti, bicchieri, tazzine, pentole e padelle . Inoltre è presente un divano alla francese che può ospitare un ulteriore persona.
Il bilocale è dotato di sistema d' allarme fumo e sistema d'allarme monossido di carbonio , pompa di calore, condizionatore e TV.
