La struttura nasce principalmente dalla riqualificazione del quartiere in cui è situata.
La casa si trova presso il quartiere più antico del paese, " il Calvario" le fasi di ristrutturazione sono state complesse in quanto come casa abbastanza datata si è cercato di recuperare tutto il possibile nonostante fosse stata chiusa da oltre 30 anni. Durante le fasi di ristrutturazione si è optato per renderla fruibile al turismo anziché come abitazione standard.
Il punto di forza è il balcone che da una vista completa sulla cappella del Calvario e la montagna circostante che da sul paese. Inoltre il quartiere è molto tranquillo privo di traffico in quanto strada senza uscita e quindi molto silenzioso , ottimo per chi vuole riposare e staccare la spina dal caos cittadino
La struttura è situata a pochissimi passi dalla stazione del treno raggiungibile tramite la scalinata che parte proprio da essa che da la possibilità al turista sprovvisto di auto di raggiungere facilmente la città di Palermo in meno di 20 minuti e Cefalù meta balneare in meno di 1 ora.

The structure stems mainly from the redevelopment of the neighbourhood in which it is located.
The house is located in the oldest neighbourhood of the country, "il Calvario" the renovation phases have been complex as a fairly dated house we tried to recover everything possible despite having been closed for over 30 years. During the renovation phases, it was decided to make it useable for tourism rather than as a standard home.
The strong point is the balcony that gives a complete view of the Calvary chapel and the surrounding mountain overlooking the village. In addition, the neighbourhood is very quiet without traffic as a dead-end street and therefore very quiet, excellent for those who want to rest and unplug from the chaos of the city
The structure is located a few steps from the train station reachable via the staircase that starts right from it that gives the possibility to the tourist without a car to easily reach the city of Palermo in less than 20 minutes and Cefalù seaside destination in less than 1 hour.
